Refund Policy

All sales are final. We sell digital products that are delivered electronically and are available to you immediately after purchase. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is completed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and that you waive any right to a refund once that product has been delivered or made available to you.

Why we don't offer refunds

Our products are digital goods — downloadable or instantly accessible files. Once a digital item has been delivered, it cannot be returned the way a physical product can. Because of this, all purchases are non-refundable.

Problems with your order

We want you to get exactly what you paid for. If you run into any of the issues below, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll make it right:

• The file is corrupted, damaged, or won't download
• You can't access a product you've paid for
• You received the wrong product
• You were charged incorrectly or charged more than once

Email us at admin@fsknockout.com with your order number (or proof of purchase) and a description of the problem. Where the issue is on our end, we'll resolve it by sending a working file, providing the correct product, or restoring your access  rather than issuing a cash refund.

EU & UK customers — right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day period in which to cancel a purchase. For digital content that is supplied immediately, this right no longer applies once delivery has begun provided you have given your prior consent to that immediate delivery and have acknowledged that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal. By purchasing and accessing our digital products, you give that consent and acknowledgement.
