These terms govern your use of FsKnockouT (fsknockout.com) and the purchase of our digital walkthroughs, lab guides, and remote exam support services. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who We Are

FsKnockouT is an independent provider of cybersecurity certification study resources and remote exam support. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any certification body. All certification names and trademarks referenced on our site are the property of their respective owners.

2. What We Sell

  • Walkthroughs & Lab Guides — Digital, original study resources written from real exam experience. Instant delivery via download link after payment.
  • Remote Exam Support — A certified practitioner handles your certification exam session end-to-end, including the professional report submission.
  • Bundles — Combinations of the above with discounted pricing.

3. Pay-After-Pass Policy (Remote Exam Support)

This is our core promise. For all remote exam support purchases:

  • No upfront payment is required. You pay nothing when you book the session.
  • You pay only after your certification is confirmed by the certification body.
  • If the exam attempt does not result in a pass, no invoice is sent. You owe nothing.
  • Invoices are sent via Stripe once pass confirmation is received, with 7 days to pay.

The pay-after-pass guarantee applies only to remote exam support sessions. It does not apply to walkthroughs or lab guides (see Section 4 below).

How a Remote Session Works

  1. You message us on Telegram @FsKnockouT with your certification, exam date, and any variant/scheduling details.
  2. We confirm fit free of charge — no payment or deposit required at this stage.
  3. At the scheduled time, our certified practitioner handles the exam session end-to-end.
  4. We deliver the completed professional report (where applicable) and submit it on your behalf.
  5. Once the certification body confirms your pass, we send you a Stripe invoice.
  6. You pay the invoice within 7 days of pass confirmation.

4. Refund Policy (Walkthroughs, Lab Guides, Bundles)

Because walkthroughs and lab guides are digital products delivered instantly on payment, all walkthrough and bundle sales are final — no refunds are issued after delivery.

To protect yourself from buying the wrong resource:

  • Verify your variant before buying. Message us on Telegram @FsKnockouT with your assigned machine details, exam brief, or lab portal screenshot. We confirm the exact variant free of charge.
  • Ask any question first. Our support is available 18 hours a day. We'd rather answer 10 questions than refund 1 sale.

5. Buyer Responsibility

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree:

  • You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of the relevant certification body.
  • Our resources are intended for authorized, legal, and educational use only, within authorized lab and exam environments.
  • FsKnockouT does not guarantee exam results — only the pay-after-pass commitment on remote sessions.
  • You confirm you are legally entitled to attempt the certification you are purchasing support for.

6. Delivery

  • Walkthroughs and bundles — Delivered via download link in the Stripe payment confirmation email, immediately after payment clears. If you do not receive it within 10 minutes, message us on Telegram.
  • Remote exam sessions — Scheduled within 24-48 hours of booking confirmation.

7. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay. All prices are in USD.

8. Dispute Handling

Before raising a payment dispute or chargeback, please contact us directly on Telegram @FsKnockouT or admin@fsknockout.com. We respond within hours and resolve most issues the same day.

Fraudulent chargebacks on walkthroughs (which were delivered as described) will be contested with Stripe using delivery records, support correspondence, and originality evidence.

9. Original Content & DMCA

All FsKnockouT walkthroughs are 100% original work — written by our team from direct exam experience, in our own words, with our own screenshots. We do not copy vendor materials, lab guides, PDFs, videos, or diagrams. If you believe any content on this site infringes copyright, please contact admin@fsknockout.com with the DMCA notice requirements under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

10. Trademarks

FsKnockouT is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OffSec, Hack The Box, TCM Security, EC-Council, PortSwigger, INE, Altered Security, Zero-Point Security, TryHackMe, or any other certification body. All certification names (OSCP+, OSEP, CPTS, CRTO, CPENT, CEH, BSCP, eJPT, PNPT, CRTP, and others) and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Our use of these names is nominative only — to describe which exams our resources cover — as permitted under US trademark law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
